21 Days of Prayer

Beginning Wednesday, January 1, at 8:30 PM EST, Project Pray will again host America’s Prayer Meeting as it has in past years. P. Douglas Small, organizer, states:
"There have been few times in our history that were more critical for the nation’s survival than today, and there has never been a time in the current generation that is more critical. Our only hope is a Great Awakening.”

National leaders, including denominational and ministry leaders will join the call. Come and be a part of this nightly prayer call as we intercede for our nation.

Each night, national ministries leaders will lead prayer on issues and concerns facing the nation – human trafficking, the rise of crime in our cities, division and unity concerns, addictions, family integrity – and so many more. We will hear from experts and we will pray. Denominational leaders will join the call as well.

To participate, simply call 518-318-7117. No code needed. Or visit us on one of our social media platforms: Project Pray Facebook or YouTube channel. Each night's call will be live streamed to these platforms.

To view the daily schedule go to a computer web browser or access the daily prayer guide.

“Seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you” (Matt. 6:33).

Saturday, January 4

“He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence” (Col. 1:18).

“If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me” (Luke 9:23).

“If you love Me, keep My commandments” (John 14:15).

Sunday, January 5

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 Jn. 1:9)

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Tim. 3:16-17).

Monday, January 6

Do you have faith? Have it to yourself before God. Happy is he who does not condemn himself in what he approves. But he who doubts is condemned if he eats, because he does not eat from faith; for whatever is not from faith is sin” (Rom. 14:22-23)

Tuesday, January 7

“Whoever confesses Me before men, him I will also confess before My Father who is in heaven. But whoever denies Me before men, him I will also deny before My Father who is in heaven” (Matt. 10:32-33).

“Now, Lord, look on their threats, and grant to Your servants that with all boldness they may speak Your word.... And when they had prayed, the place where they were assembled together was shaken; and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit, and they spoke the word of God with boldness” (Acts 4:29, 31).

Wednesday, January 8

“As they ministered to the Lord and fasted, the Holy Spirit said, "Now separate to Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them." Then, having fasted and prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them away” (Acts 13:2-3).

“Do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God” (Eph. 4:30)

“Do not quench the Spirit” (1 Thess. 5:19).

Thursday, January 9

“If you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you,  leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift” (Matt. 5:23-24).

“Whenever you stand praying, if you have anything against anyone, forgive him, that your Father in heaven may also forgive you your trespasses” (Mark 11:25).

Friday, January 10

“As obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, ‘Be holy, for I am holy’ ” (1 Pet. 1:14-16).

“Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ” (Gal. 6:2).

Saturday, January 11

“As God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience” (Col. 3:12, NIV).

“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another” (John 13:34).

Sunday, January 12

“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ forgave you” (Eph. 4:32).

“ ‘God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.’ Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time” (1 Pet. 5:5-6).

Monday, January 13

“Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men” (Phil. 2:5-7).

“Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace” (Eph. 4:2-3, NIV).

Tuesday, January 14

“Accept one another, then, just as Christ accepted you, in order to bring praise to God” (Rom. 15:7, NIV)

“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me. And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one: I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me” (John 17:20-23).

Wednesday, January 15

“Whoever desires to become great among you, let him be your servant.  And whoever desires to be first among you, let him be your slave--just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life a ransom for many” (Matt. 20:26-28).

“Through love serve one another” (Gal. 5:13).

Thursday, January 16

“It is required in stewards that one be found faithful” (1 Cor. 4:2).

“He who is faithful in what is least is faithful also in much; and he who is unjust in what is least is unjust also in much.  Therefore if you have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?” (Luke 16:10-11).

“Lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” (Matt. 6:20-21).

Friday, January 17

“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.… If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you” (John 15:5, 7).

“These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is based on merely human rules they have been taught” (Isa. 29:13, NIV).

Wednesday, January 1

“The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the Lord our God, the Lord is one. And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment.” (Mark 12:29-30).

Saturday, January 18

“All things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.  For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren” (Rom. 8:28-29).

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God” (Rom. 12:2).

Sunday, January 19

“Teach us to number our days, That we may gain a heart of wisdom” (Ps. 90:12).

“I must work the works of Him who sent Me while it is day; the night is coming when no one can work” (John 9:4).

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any trouble, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God” (2 Cor. 1:3-4).

Monday, January 20

“Teach slaves to be subject to their masters in everything, to try to please them, not to talk back to them, and not to steal from them, but to show that they can be fully trusted, so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive” (Tit. 2:9-10, NIV).

“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven” (Matt. 5:16).

“Live such good lives among the pagans that, though they accuse you of doing wrong, they may see your good deeds and glorify God on the day he visits us” (1 Pet. 2:12, NIV).

Tuesday, January 21

“Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish” (Eph. 5:25-27).

“You shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth” (Acts 1:8)

Thursday, January 2

“If your heart turns away so that you do not hear, and are drawn away, and worship other gods and serve them, I announce to you today that you shall surely perish; you shall not prolong your days in the land which you cross over the Jordan to go in and possess” (Deut. 30:17-18).

“Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you are disqualified” (2 Cor. 13:5).
